This project was a 20,000 sf addition and remodel to the current gymnasium. The project included new construction of locker rooms, aerobics training room, and administrative offices. Remodeling included the existing fitness center, existing locker room, and weight training room.

Renovation of existing gym included new ceilings, mezzanines, locker rooms, and weight rooms. This project also needed to mirror the look and feel of the ADAL Fitness Facility.
Community Center Gymnasium > U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, CO
This development project consisted of a 10-acre site to create a 5,000 SF recreation facility with pool, locker rooms, shower, concession area, observation area, and mechanical room. Development of a park, tennis and basketball courts, and softball and soccer fields were also aspects of this project. Landscaping included sprinkler irrigation system, sod, trees and various deciduous plants.
Northwest Recreation Center > Colorado Springs, CO
This project included a tennis pavilion, outdoor courts, and a tennis pro shop. Work consisted of construction of a 29,000 sf pre-engineered metal building for four indoor courts and two post tension concrete exterior courts. The scope included building permits, storm water pollution prevention plan and permit, installation of erosion control materialand silt fencing, removing four bi-level existing courts, balancing the site, removing contaminated soil and importing suitable fill, installing new 24" RCP storm drain, instaling new water service line, new fire hydrant, concrete trickle channel, spillway with rip-rap rundown, and cast in place outfall structure.
The building consisted of Varco Pruden standing seam metal roof building with fire sprinkler system, 400 amp electric service, automatic vents for carbon dioxide detection, mechanical room with sprinkler riser, combination 4" concrete apron and interior asphalt court surface with four coat system and outfitting. Gas radiant heaters, LED high bay indirect lighting, overhead doors, landscaping, ADA accessible walkways and fire lanes installed for emergency equipment.
Garden of the Gods Club > Colorado Springs, CO
Development of a 22-acre site to create new regulation size softball/baseball fields, installation of roads and parking lots, and new site utilities. landscaping included "cut-in" seating for athletic fields. The project also included a new restroom and storage facility with all associated utilities.
