This 9,000 sf addition to the existing night club included over excavation of unsuitable soils, import and compationof 10' engineered soil, pinning of existing retaining wall against parking lot and adjacent pedestrian walkways. Demolition and renovation of existing night club included full kitchen, fire sprinkler system, grease pit, HVAC RTU's, electric service upgrade, combination prefinished standing seam metal/EPDM roof system structural steel studs exterior walls and metal web trusses. The six new lanes were coordinated with Brunswick for installation and start up.
All work was completed without disruption to The Broadmoor operations. Work was completed in a high traffic area for the hotel guests and staff so the work site was monitored for noise and cleanliness daily, site safety was strictly adhered to, work hours were adjusted depending on hotel needs.
