New construction of a 244,350 sf four-story precast concrete parking garage with 800 parking stalls, structural steel and glass clock tower, and administrative offices. This project was completed by Reliant's key management personnel under their former construction company. This project received a safety award from the prime contractor, Kiewit Construction.

New construction of this LEED Silver certified facility included a 50,000 sf warehouse that towers 50 feet high, along with a 9,000 sf cooler and freezer unit, a 5,000 sf office wing, and a commercial food kitchen.
