Care & Share Food Bank

New construction of this LEED Silver certified facility included a 50,000 sf warehouse that towers 50 feet high, along with a 9,000 sf cooler and freezer unit, a 5,000 sf office wing, and a commercial food kitchen.

Mister Carwash

This ground-up car wash facility required full-scope construction, including site development, structural systems, and specialized mechanical infrastructure designed for high-volume operations.

Garden of the Gods Tennis

This project included a tennis pavilion, outdoor courts, and a tennis pro shop. Work consisted of construction of a 29,000 sf pre-engineered metal building for four indoor courts and two post tension concrete exterior courts.

UNC Food Court

As the general contractor, Reliant Construction delivered a complex, multi-location renovation involving full interior demolition, reconstruction, and installation of advanced foodservice environments across the campus facility.
