Experience
Earl Powell brings to Reliant Construction 15 years of commercial and residential construction experience. Earl started his career in 1993 as a field engineer on a multimillion dollar project. He quickly moved up the ranks to superintendent, showing his aptitude and love for the construction industry. His commanding approach to challenges and knowledge of construction proved to be qualities that set him apart in his field. Earl has contributed to and led construction teams on multi-family/multi-story projects such as Austin City Loft’s and The Nokonah’s. His construction experience also includes hospitals, clean rooms, educational facilities, governmental and municipal buildings.

Earl oversees all current and previous construction projects.

Ted Nichols, Vice President

Experience
Ted comes to Reliant Construction with 15 years of sales, business and construction experience. Ted worked at Dell Computer Corporation for 8 years in the Large Corporate Account division, specializing in Fortune 500 customers. His experience at Dell not only taught him how to sell with a multimillion dollar quota, but the importance of building relationships. After Dell, Ted started his own company, Reliant Fence. Using his knowledge from Dell he tackled running a successful business, which continued to grow.

Current Duties
Ted oversees all day to day business operations and new customer acquisitions.
